  2. Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel a service or engagement, we require prior notice, and we will work with you to address any concerns. However, no refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
  3. Customer Satisfaction: We strive for customer satisfaction and aim to provide the best service possible. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please reach out to us directly. We will work with you to resolve any issues, but this will not include a refund.
  4. Exceptions: In rare cases, where there are exceptional circumstances (such as an error on our part), we may offer adjustments or alternative solutions. These will be handled on a case-by-case basis and are at our sole discretion. Refund will be credited within 15 working days.
